setup hdapi directory in my root with changes to hdconfig.ini I think I need to add code to my index.html but when I do and than preview it what I added is gone...I\'m hoping once I get that fixed the handsetdetection will work...any suggestions much appreciated and as you can tell this php stuff is new to me!!

add code to your index.html, if the changes disappeared, try the same procedure on your local machine. But if you use html home page, you may need to change the .htaccess file, add a line \'AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3 .php4 .php .html .htm\' to .htaccess, then open your index.html in the browser. Hope you get it working now.
