How to Report Missing, Inaccurate or Non detecting devices

If you are using the tablet or phone which we are not detecting 

Visit this URL from the device. - OR -

The URL will redirect you to our device check page. Once at this page enter then vendor, model, your email address and any other notes. Your email address is optional - we'll use it to notify you when your request has been processed. Make sure you click submit. This form will bundle your notes and the device's http header information into a request that we'll take care of here at the help desk.


If you are not using the tablet or phone right now

Just drop an email to and let us know that we're missing a device, or the device is not detecting correctly and we'll investigate.
