How to get support

We take excellent care of our customers and take pride in offering truly excellent support, perhaps the best support you’ll ever receive anywhere !

If you need any support, question or or just want to shoot the breeze then let us know and we’ll bend over backwards to help out. Just follow these steps and you'll reach us. :-)

Step 1) Log in to Handset Detection and go to your dashboard

- "Click" the Support tab located on the right side of the page.

- Select Submit a Support Request


Step 2) Fill in the form

- Complete all form fields

- Don't forget to select a Priority : Low, Normal, High, Urgent.

Step 3) Lastly, "click" Submit to send your request and wait for our reply in you Email.
